355 cam swap

I'm having trouble choosing a cam for my 82 silverado. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know there is a lot of knowledge on this board. Here are the specs of my engine and trans. . . . 355 with 9.5-1 compression. Camel hump 462 heads with 3 angle valve job and porting. Edelbrock 600cfm carb. Edelbrock perf intake. I also have an edelbrock rpm intake I could put on there. Long tube headers with 2 1/2 flowmaster exhaust. TH350 with shift kit. I believe the converter is an 1800 or so stall so stock. But I will get a 2500 or so stall if needed. This is my daily driver but want a cam with great low end torque and power throughout. I'm unsure of the current cam that's in it now so I figured I should swap it. Plus it has noisey timing gears which I hate. Please give so ideas on what cam I should use. Thanks!
