Question Help identifing tranny and rear end

I have an 250 L6 with a three on the tree manual tranny. From what I can tell the tranny is the original but I don't know what kind it is or what is in it. It is not a top shift there are 2 shift rods coming from the steering column that hook up to the tranny on the driver's side. I looked at all the pics on the novak website and didn't see any that look like it.

As for the rear end the only ID I can find on it is on the back side and upside down on the passenger's side. It reads 12345 and above it 67890.
