A good drum to disk donor ?

Have '70 c30 that I would use/enjoy a lot more if it had disks up front. Found this on Craigs list "1981 Chevy one ton chassis with 10,500GVWR. Has 454 big block motor from the late eighties with very low miles. Runs great. Four speed transmission with granny gear was rebuilt. Cab has rust. The 12' long rear rack is a glass hauling rack with some rust. Tires are like new. Corporate 14 dually rear end. Brake lines should be checked to make road worthy. Would make a great wood hauler. The running gear alone is worth the asking price and scrap out the rest. Email to see the vehicle or for more information." Would also consider swapping out the 350 for the 454, your thoughts would be appreciated.
