6.5TD swap and 4x4 conv???????

hey everyone! haven't posted in a while... i have been laid off for the past 11 months and i am finally back to work in a body shop repairing enterprise cars..... but anyway i am REALLY wanting to convert the ol 9' to diesel and 4x4. i have a buddy that is going to be swapping out his 6.5 TD with 90k in favor of a cummins and with some cash and some fab work for my buddy he is going to give me the 6.5, nv3500 and t case out of his 88 gmc and i am going to swap the IFS out for a 3/4ton straight axle and make a Turbo Diesel 4x4 67 c30 9' stepper! the rear is already swapped out to a gm 14bolt with 4:10's so i am good to go there! what do you guys think about the idea?????
