I was offered 5 grand today.......but I actually turned it down.....I actually have some big plans and want to stick to it......I'm married and have to have something to do outside because pulling weeds isn't my thing and neither is watching my wife sew all damn day......but it was temping.....but I htought where else was I going to find a rust free 72 GMC Sierra Grande with the Deluxe package? that is literally only a few months away from reconstruction and customization???......the 5 grand would have cost me a hobby, fun, excitment, and pure satisfaction......But I know I'm not alone.....who else out there has people nagging them about their truck.....everyone wants to buy my truck everywhere I go because of the model and package it came with......but never 5 thousand dollars has ever been offered on the spot.......this was real considering the last guy wanted to give me his inboard skiboat for it. Our trucks are the most sought after vehicle to hotrod. Even more than most of the large muscle cars from the same era. Trucking had a acrticle about this over a year ago and now I'm starting to believe it. I bought this truck 6 years ago for 1200 and I know the previous owner didn't like it once it was gone.
