Factory Q Jet Carb Rebuild? - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm thinking about having by factory Q Jet rebuilt and then re-install on my 402BB. Since I'm mechanial deficient...who (company) does a good job of doing this type of work? Once a carb is fully rebuilt is it as good as the new one? Will the performance be the same as new? Is there a company who sales factory reburbished Q Jets? Is this a good idea or bad?
