New to the site, With a few Q's

Hey guy's my name's Kasey. I'm eighteen and just got a new pickup. It's a '84 c10 swb with a 4.1l and a three on the tree. Definatly something uncommon around here.
I love this truck. But it's got 135k on it, and has a few small problems. Mainly with shifting. I'm thinking it's the synchronizer's but not 100% sure. The linkage feels loose. Atleast at the shifter, on the collumn. Any suggestions? I found some bushing kit's, but all for older trucks that use a different setup.
If anyone is interested, i gotta share a pic of my sweet new ride
