Want to buy a 1968 chevy 292 inline 6 engine. Prefer complete running but will buy a rebuildable core. The date and codes do matter to me. The engine codes for 292's that year I am looking for are " UH "or " UR " these were used on manual transmission trucks. If you have one please send me a PM or a post with the full engine code, condition, and price. The code is located just behind the distributor on a surfaced pad and should read something like........
