1969 2WD lift kit???

Hello folks,
Anyone know of an off-the-shelf lift kit available for a 1969 3/4 ton? Mine is the Camper Special which has a slightly narrower rear axle and fits 10" rims for hauling those heavy-ass old school campers. It has a front coils and a really long rear traveling arm w/ a funcky inverted rear spring holding it in place.

I've checked around on-line and have not found anythign from Trailmaster, Rancho, FabTech. Also emailed tech support at Rancho and thye said 'good luck'. I can't imagine there is not a lift available for this truck. A buddy of mine does custom racing suspension and he can put something together to get 2-3 inches, btu I'm really looking for a kit that fits my application.
