Whats it worth?

1971 Cheyenne 2wd longbed. My grandpa bought new in 71 and has been in the family since but its time to let it go. I need the money to build my 72 K10. I went through the chassis 5 yrs ago and did all new rubber (trailing arms, track bar, cab bushings etc), new coil springs front and rear, added a factory sway bar, new shocks, brakes, bearings, basically full chassis rebuild. New 2 1/4 exhaust , Engine is stock out of my 72 K10. Has good compression and runs strong (lowest cylinder is 120 lbs). Has one lifter not pumping up (truck sat for 8 yrs) and smokes til warm up. It has a 4 spd manual trans rebuilt, newer clutch, and rear cab supports replaced. Cab corners are gone (replacements included) and needs outer rockers and front cab supports done (included). Seat is in horrible shape, mismatched doors, needs all new body filler ( a day of work). Front clip and bed are in excellent shape. I have door panels in descent shape and headliner in good shape, good chrome front bumper (off a 68) Cab is rough but fixable. Its a good truck and hate to see it go but would like to get back some of my investment.
What do you think?

Thanks
