67-72 crossmember and control arms

Ok so I scored a crossmember and control arms with disc rotors and stock spindles, my question is how do I tell the difference from 67-70 and 71-72 crossmembers? Are the ball joints different? Spindles different? Gonna order drop sindles and don't wanna get the wrong ones same with the ball joints tie rods etc.... Please help I'm new to this style truck and wanna ho to 5 lug with disc brakes ASAP! thanks again for any input
