Brake booster ruined???????
I need some help.
![]() I am adding brake fluid to the small chamber in the master cylinder often. No signs of leaks anywhere. I unbolted the master cylinder from the booster and fluid ran out. Questions: 1. Can the fluid be sucked thru the booster vacuum line and burned in the engine(loss of fluid)? If true, any thing I need to do to lines...ect...that came in contact with the fluid? 2. Can I replace the master cylinder and leave the booster alone? Will the brake fluid in the booster harm the booster. Thanks in advance.. Tim
