long arm bushings..

I'm in the middle of adding lowering blocks (2")
and well it's only one more bolt and the e brack cable and the arm is off. my bushings look like 40+ y/o worn out bushings..
ordered energy bushings , they come without the outer metal sleave.
now poly has a rep. of squeaking, should I add a zerk fitting to the outer sleave? so they can be greased every now and then
