bed panel bolts rubbing cab

Anyone else have the issue where the top front bed panel bolts rub the cab occasionally? Mine seems to rub i assume when i hit a big dip or something. I thought about drilling top bolt and putting a carriage or something, any other ideas don't really want to do that?
