1970 C30 10 Lug?

A question for the chevy truck enthusiast here:
I just went to look at a potential parts truck today that has been sitting in this womans yard for a while. All she knew was that it was a 1970 chevy truck. It is a C30 according to the badges and VIN, but what threw me off was that it had ten lugs on the front and rear. The SPID is not there. It has the cab lights indicating that it is a heavy duty truck, but the fenders seemed like the larger ones that dont match up to the half tons.

Did they make a heavier duty C30 that had the larger panels or are my eyes just decieving me?

Also I have not seen one with ten lugs, my other C30 only has eight. Would this indicate that it is more than a C30?

Any input is appreciated.
