91 Crew Paint and Engine

Hello All

I am new to the group but love the old square bodies, been in love my whole life, have been shopping for quite a while to find a good crew 4x4 here is alberta, and finally i have been blessed with a 91 crew, loaded, with 148km 92500miles for the our american friends, it is in great shapw, the interior has always had covers and is mint, the dash pad needs changed surprise surprise. and the box around the fenders is rusted a bit but other than that the body is good and clean, it has a stock 454

now question time

it is white currently with red interior, i want to reapir the body and paint but i dont know if i want to go plain white, but i dont know that i want to tear down the interior just to paint, so does anyone have any good color schemes that use white that would not clash with my red interior?
i was think chevy had a white and silver color scheme on thier blazers in the late 80's early 90's

second what should i do to the engine to get some more ponies, i am going to put a 4" lift and 35's but it will be more of my daily driver than a mud bogger
