Reproduction hood springs?
Has anybody installed new stock replacement hood hinge springs? Please advise how well they hold the hood open. My originals hold the hood open adequately, unless I lubricate the hinges. On the rare occasions I lube the hinges the hood won’t stay open on its own for several weeks.
It would be nice to know if the same thing would happen after spending money on new springs. |
