Got my 6.0 running! But...

It seems to have a flat spot off idle, or when you hit the throttle really quick it won't respond, almost dies. I've only driven it a half mile or so, but it's probably run and idled for over an hour. Throws no codes, it's a DBC, replaced TPS, O2's read .445 volts (is this right?), mild cam. I know that my fuel pressure is around 48 psi, it's in a weird spot so haven't gotten to turn it up yet. But any other ideas that might be the cause of this? I thought flat spots were for carburetors?
