Hey Kevin, How ya doing. I bought a Jasper Circle Jig Model 200 and attached it to my router. It makes from a 2 inch to a 14 15/16 inch circles, which was very easy to use. They also have another jig that makes larger rings. I used a hole saw to make the tweeter rings. I used 3/4 inch MDF for the speaker ring material.

There is a local two day car show coming up in August, but I dont think Ill have the truck ready by then.



If you are doing kick panel speakers, I found an article that is helpfull for aiming your speakers.
