Do I go down this road?

I've got the grill on my GMC out for rechrome, and I've rebuilt the headlight buckets and painted them with POR15. I'm looking at the front and I now have to remove the radiator to replace the AC condenser and dryer. So I'm thinking that since I have to take almost everything off the core support anyway why don't I just remove the front sheet metal that holds the grill and the core support, media blast them paint the core support in POR15 (as you can see in the picture it's got a lot of surface rust), paint the front sheet metal the final color and put it back together. The problem is once I start down this road it's a lot of taking apart and down time. I know I'll do it anyway but I'm afraid to take the first step.
