Need help with lifting truck
Alright guys i have a 82 half ton and im been having a hard time of what lift to do i was going to do a 7 inch lift but since i dont have the money i just want enough for what im paying.Im choosing to do a 4 inch lift as its mostly cheap due to spring work mostly and i dont have to deal with extensions of shafts joints etc etc bull.I would like to do atleast a 6 inch but i would imagine it would be way more work then i need right now.Im new to this and this is my first truck and i dont have much money like 200 tops.I would like to build this my self i have plenty of freinds with rigs around here.I just want to buy the springs and be done with it.
Since im probably going with a 4 inch i dont know what coil springs to use the ones already on are sagging and are stock my 31 inch tires supprisingly clear preety good tho.People are telling me to put spacers in the springs to lift it heigher and its cheaper that way but im not a fan of those.I would just like to get new.I also dont know what kind of leaf springs to get or what vehicles to pull them off.I already have shocks. When this is done im going to sell my 31 inch tires and get some 35s toyos and wrap them around some 15 inch rims. HELP ME OUT GUYS!
