oil out of cylinder 7 exhaust port bolt holes?

As what the title says, yesterday I went to put on a set of headers for my truck. I was unbolting the stock manifold on the driver side and got to the furthest bolts closest to the firewall, and they came out black with oil. My engine does not smoke a bit. I ran my finger inside the exhaust port and it was dry. Do any of you guys have a clue on what the problem could be?

I think that problem is causing a minor leak, would teflon be safe to put around the bolt to stop the leak?

Thanks guys
