1967 6 cylinder power steering conversion

I have a 1967 C10, 292ci 6 cylinder with manual steering and want to convert to power steering. There is a lot of ebayer's selling brackets and partial kits to do this but I have a few questions.
My truck has the 292 cubic inch motor with an air pump mounted on the drivers side above the alternator. The 6 cylinder trucks from the factory, where was the power steering pump mounted? Is there anybody out there with the setup that could send me some pictures of it?
Does the set up require the power cylinder on the steering arm or do you just connect the lines from pump to steering gear?

Thanks,
Patrick
