Removing a regency conversions steering wheel....

How do you do it? I don't have pics, but the hub has no other holes in it than the center hole, and the hole for the horn wire. It has about 12 bolts around the hub that holds the wheel on, but that's it. Any ideas? It's a 3 spoke, but definitely a conversion wheel. Help me if you can? I have to put in an ignition switch and don't want to have to rely on the old get your knees under it and pull scenario. Last time I did that, I nearly broke my nose!
