Brake part corrosion during long term build

I'm looking at totally redoing one of my trucks. I've got to redo the suspension (bent control arm), and while I'm in there I might as well do the front brake parts. I also am going to swap to discs in the rear. My problem is, between work, kids, and weather, this is going to be about a 3 year project. My trucks sit in a dirt floor non-heated barn in Michigan, with its temperature and humidity swings. Parts rust quickly in that kind of enviroment. I can't just leave the parts off, need to be able to move the projects. How do you guys keep your brakes from rusting on your projects? Other than moving to the Southwest LOL!
