My 1966 Chevy C10 Build

Hey Folks!

Above is my baby. Most of the body work is done, however I have a long to-do list left. The first project I want to tackle is wiring. I am looking at a Universal wiring kit made by Rebel Wire, EZ Wiring or the like. My C-10 is a Franken-Build already to include 4WD. I have a 350 engine taken from a 1973(?) truck. Other items have been added. For example, there is no voltage regulator on the truck so I assume the alternator regulates internally. Someone installed a second solenoid, yet it connects to the existing solenoid atop the starter.

Current wiring is a mess. No gauges work. The fuse box is damaged. Many loose wires that really concern me. I disconnected the battery and am tracing the wires as I can. While a basic wiring setup may be fine, I still want capability to add additional electrical items. Does anyone have experience with "universal" wiring kits on a truck like mine? Can you give me some beginning tips?

I will add more details and photos to this thread as I move forward. I appreciate your comments as well as your moral and immoral support!
