Weird Electrical Issue

Hi Guys,
I am new to the forum, but last night I was working on my 71 c-10 doing routine maintenance (tightening exaust bolts) when I allowed my socket to touch the post on the starter. Since that point I now have no power to anything on the fuse block except the cigarette lighter. Has anyone out there had a similar experience? If so where did I let the smoke out? If not anybody got any ideas?
