should I go to 4 wheel disk or disk drum?

I'm doing a restore on a 68 chevy and have changed the front crossmember with one from a 85 chevy with all new rotors and calipers ball joints and tie rods.

The truck will not be a daily driver so is it worth going to all disk.

Would love to hear from others who have changed to all disk and if they are happy with the set up
