That's the first dual wheel tandem I've seen. I have seen a tandem mid-70s Chevy back in the early '80s. I really liked the way it was done. Looked factory. It was a factory green (deeper than Medium Olive Poly) with a 12' bed,and all 6 wheels were chrome spokes. The rear wheel openings were done just right.
