is there a simple way to remove fuse terminals from the fuse block?

I need to clean up my wiring harness and fuse block and the terminals. I have a rust on them from a previous leak and repair a few hacked wires. Is there an easy way to remove the fuse terminals from the block itself to clean up the rust? I can get them out with a few small screw drivers and time, but there has to be an easier way.

'69 GMC by the way.
