Electric fan with OEM Radiator??

any of you guys using a single or dual electric fan with your oem radiator. I just got new copper and brass 4 core radiator just like the one that came stock on my big block truck. I'm thinking about using electric fans but not sure which ones or what shroud?
I can go to the pull a part scrap yard and pick up fans pretty cheap. I'm just not real sure about what kind? Not sure about wiring either? I have some free spots on my add on fuse box but I will have to add some relays I guess.
