Question about my panel gas tank

Hey all,

I'm getting prepared to clean my panel tank up, so I can install it in my truck. I was wondering if it's going to be a pain to remove the nuts that hold the filler neck to the tank? I would assume the studs that the nuts are threaded onto are welded to the tank?? I'm going to soak the nuts down with PB Blaster for a day or two before I even try to remove them.

Thanks for anything.
