Header size is 1 3/4" primary (may be a little on the big side), to 2" at the first 'Y', (2 1/8" was the right size for flow match to the 1 3/4", but good luck finding that), then to 2 1/2". I tried to keep primary length +/- 14", within 10%, and keep the secondary tubes about even in length. Honestly, this build is all about 'packaging'. I need to keep all this above the scrub line, away from steering, cooling, fuel, and electrics. Then plan to get the trans out without pulling the headers. Don't forget the starter, and the clutch slave. All of a sudden, I have no spare room.
