Turned down a free '69 Chevy today

Our aunt told my cousin and I about a free truck. So we went and looked for it, from a distance it looked to be a 4wd '67-'72. We got closer and it was just up on a hi lift jack in the front. Basically what it came down to was the only good parts on it was the side glass, and maybe headlights, this was the biggest POS I've seen. We opened the door so we could get in and read the options it had, that was a mistake cause it didn't want to close again. The options were: Heavy duty battery (which was gone), engine block heater, Red paint, and a white pin stripe. We lifed up on the side of the cab and it moved like 3 inches so the body mounts were shot. Open the hood and find a Inline 6 with a 3 on the tree. We tried turning the engine over by hand and a mouse came running up the frame rail. We'd probably be best off swapping out the I6 and putting one of those wheels that the mouse could run in to power the truck.
