Trying level out my front. Suggestions?
Hi guys. I am a long time reader and get a lot of information from this site. Thought I would ask the question on my mind.
I have a 1987 V10 4x4 short bed pickup. It is lower on the driver's side by an inch. I am trying to correct this. I was under it today trying to see in my leaf springs were bent and noticed that the spring perch seems to be higher on the passenger side because of where it sits next to the differential. I did not notice any obvious bend or sag in my driver side leaf spring. Does the different height of the spring perch lead to this leaning condition? How should I go about correcting the lean? I was thinking about getting some used leaf springs, but I know they can kind of be unpredictable. Thanks guys! |
