It really is a good running truck. His plans right now are to pull the bed, it's rusted out, and put a flat bed on it, then paint the cab primmer black and polish the remaining chrome and paint the trim red. He want's to kinda rat rod it a bit. The chrome rims will stay. After that is yet to be decided. Thanks for the kind words and offers of help.
