It's neat to see someone had a similar idea as mine.

And that's not the first one I've seen.

Way back in '97, I was at the Sport Truck Nationals show in Owensboro, KY. There was an extended crew shortbed dually there, but his had a twist. The extended cab portion came from a 3-door truck. So, it was now a 5-door extended crew.

I took pics of it. It's probably buried somewhere in a bag of undeveloped film I have that I can't find.
