who makes these wheels & post your truck w/20s

so im thinking of putting 20s on my truck, and forget the whole 15x10 with 295 50 15s. give it a slicker look. i saw these on craigslist. but i have no clue who makes them. any ideas? and anyone else have some pics/recommendations on wheels for my truck? i like 20s and have to be 6 lug, im staying drum brakes till i can afford the disc swap and im gonna do 6 lug disc kit.
