Adding Upper Trim

Looking for measurments from lower trim holes to the upper ones. Somebody's got to have them. My truck currently does not have upper trim, and I thought whats an easier way to figure out the location of the upper trim than taking the distance from the lower to the upper? Help would be greatly appreciated as I'm getting very close to paint and really need that upper trim location for the paint line.

Picture isn't my truck, just a visual explanation of what I'm looking for.

Thanks all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
