First of all dragonmaster093 ... to you new internet truck forum and from Ohio.

Things to look for:
*Rust around the windshield
*Rust around the rocker panels
*Rust on the inside of the trucl near the floor vents,
*If the SPID sticker is on the glove box door it will tell you if this truck is original or not. ie: Engine, options, etc
*Check the frame out underneath

These are a few things to look at and maybe others can chime in
