is there any reason this suspension set wont fit my 67 c10

Hello,
I have a 67 c10 (2wd 1/2ton). I needed inner and outer tie rods and sleeves. I just got the lower ball joints seperated and destroyed one. I needed new springs. So i will be replacing the lowers also. The uppers are in good shape still. I recently found this set on ebay. This will be a around town truck and driver to and from work in the summer. Why wont this kit work for me. According to LMC trucks its the same part for 67 to 70 for ball joints and tie rods.
