Pulled my tranny

Pulled my tranny cuz Ive been trying to find out why I keep going thru starters. I decided it must be be a problem with my flywheel. I didn't put the motor/tranny in. It was just sitting there. Anyways there's a bolt missing and all but two of the bolts were loose. I assume I found my problem. I'm still gonna put in a new flywheel and quality flywheel bolts. Any suggestions? Loctite? What's the torque! Arp bolts!any help will be appreciated, also gonna install a shiftkit(b&m) should I do 1st stage or 2nd? It's just a driver and to have fun in.thanks
