Key sticks when starting...

Title says it all.

There is resistance when turning to key to crank the truck and the key sticks once it hits the start position and I have manually turn the key back (it doesn't spring back at all).

I just replaced the key cylinder. The only other thing I can think of is the actuator rack and/or rod...

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
