Looking for some advice on what stall and if I need to change the rear gear I'm pretty sure (will know soon) the truck has 3.08 gears just wondering if I should change to a lower gear when I install the eaton posi? I am running a 30 inch rear tire also... Here are some specs...

Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, 1" spacer, HEI distributor, MSD plug wires, fully rebuilt heads with new valve springs, new seals,10 degree locks, retainers and lash caps, stainless steel valves (2.25I 1.88E), full roller rockers, JoMar stud girdles, new Comp Cams xm 278h-565 lift-234/244 dur @ .50 , forged SpeedPro pistons, ARP main studs, new rings, flowtech headers.
