new to the board

hello everyone, i am new to the board, i am building a 1970 c-10 with a 292 6 cyl,and a four speed trans. this is the first 6 cyl that i have tried to stay with most of the time i just drop in a v-8 and go, i have found out the hard way that if you need anything for a 292 you will have to build it or pay big bucks for parts, like a/c brackets, power steering brackets, i did build the a/c brackets but the power steering brackets i found on e-bay, they are on the way from the guy that makes them, look like a good set up. i have been working on the pickup ( ole dollar) for a little over a year, and have done a lot so far, trying to make it a good driver, and will try and make it pretty later on, just wanted to say hello and that i just found this site, and read a lot of the post and decided to join in and maybe get some answers on my project, and maybe help someone else with theirs. one day i hope to finish ole dollar and have something to be proud of. again hello .......don
