Adjusting Odometer Help.....

So I finally found out that my speedo is bad and thats why it jumps all over...So I got a few from pull a part and it works like a charm!! Now the problem is this...Its about 30k miles lower then whats on the truck.....How can i fix that?

I put a speedo cable into my 18v dewalt and that works but its slow as crap!!! Is there a fast way to match it to my old speedo?
