C10/DD comforts
I'm planning on fixing up the C10 to be a daily driver. I'd like it to be as comfortable as possible...and reliable. (Not a necessity but I did swap in a 5.3/4l60e already.) If it gets there, I'm gonna sell my '03 Nissan.
All my previous 67-72 chevy drivers have been beaters that leaked, had rust, no a/c, noisy, with no carpet and overall pretty rough. (My K5 has Al's Liner and no top and therefor it's hard to judge.) So, all you guys with sound deadener, carpet, nice upholstery, a/c, stereo system, working gauges, power doors/windows, tinted windows, etc... Do you think your truck is comparable to the ride in a newer vehicle? Is the road noise cut down? Any "must haves" or regrets?
