Air Ride - Pancake

I have an air ride setup that I would like to install. However after seeing some other rides over the past few weeks, there is one thing that another brand has that mine does not. Pancake. My setup has 3 programmable settings. One would be full up, full down and ride height. The other brand has 3 settings plus pancake.

Is there a way to set up manual switch that will release air from all four bags while still maintaining full functionality of the system? For example the kit also has auto levelling featues so if I let the air out manually would it auto try and refill the bags? I am sure this is what would happen, but wondering if that could be bypassed somehow.
