Question 1966 chevy truck question

I have a 1966 chevy truck with a 350 sbc. It seems like everytime i go and start it it will run fine then when i hammer it or just open the 4 barrels a little bit it starts to run really bad. and then ill shut it off and ill plug and unplug the spark plug wires and start it upo and its good? and i have brand new ac delco plugs and msd wires and i also just put a brand new edelbrock 650cfm carb on it. wonder what it could be?
