What to look for 1971 k20

Hello Everyone,
Been perusing this sight and enjoying the content. I am in the position to purchase a 1971 3/4 4x4 Chevy. Here's what I know its got a 350 (all orig except a new carb), 4 speeed manual trans, 4:10 gears, bare bones otherwise. Its two hours away from me and I will be making the drive to see it. Is there anything specific to look at for problem areas? Also I should note the present owner put a newer axle in the rear for dual rear wheels and purchased a set of adapters to add the bud wheels to the front. I will be looking to use this truck as a back up and primarily for marketing of my Property Maintanance Company.
